Anniversary of the death card. This is a handwritten card aknowledging the first anniversary of the death of the recipent’s loved one.
This card is written by Grief Support Services’ Anniversary Card Specialist and is mailed approximately one week prior to the first anniversary of the death.

A personal letter written by Grief Support Services’ grief educator which includes personal information related to the decedent and their family.
This option may be used in a case where a family is currently receiving a gift subscription of TRANSITIONS and experiences the loss of another loved one.
