Transitions Personalization Options

	Option 1: Includes one customized line on each newsletter’s cover page (see A) and up to four lines of customization on page eight of each newsletter (see B).
	Annual Personalization Fee $60.00
	Option 2: Includes all of option 1 plus one colored image (see C). Examples: Company logo, staff photo, funeral home photos, etc.
	Annual Personalization Fee $70.00
	Option 3: Includes all of options 1 and 2 plus a second colored image (see D).
	Annual Personalization Fee $85.00
